4-story mercantile building originally completed in the late 1800s as a townhouse. It is clad in dark blue-grey-painted brick above a recessed, wood, glass, and metal storefront. The 2nd floor has three sets of French doors opening onto a narrow iron balcony. The 3rd floor has a large studio window of six panes. The top floor has its original three bays of single-windows with stone sills, and the facade is crowned by a metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Soho Park restaurant.
