252-foot, 19-story postmodern hotel completed in 2013. Designed by Montroy Anderson DeMarco and Concrete, its front facade clad in a grid of black metal and glass, set far back from the sidewalk. A 1-story projecting section at the west end extends out to the sidewalk; its east face has a glass wall with glass double-doors, and the north wall is faced in grey concrete with a horizontal window at the left and stainless-steel double service doors at the right. Against the wall of the neighboring building to the east (framing the plaza space in front of the facade) there is a 2-story, random-patterned installation of black shelving against a white background, filled by a variety of objects such as a red ceramic horse head, a red ceramic rooster, vases, white ceramic statues, and plants. The rear wall of the double-height base is glass, with the main entrance near the east end, through a 1-story glass-and-metal entry portal that extends partway out to the sidewalk. The plaza area of the base is covered by a 7x5 gridded black metal canopy, with seven stainless-steel, bell-shaped light fixtures with red interior surfaces, aiming down from the canopy.

The mullions of the grid above the base divide the front facade into seven square; slightly thicker mullions organize it into three squares in the center and two at each end. Each square has a short, horizontal pane across the bottom of the main windows. At the 8th-12th floors, the east two squares have the windows replaced by colored panels that also wrap around onto the east facade for the width of four more squares. Letters in various squares spell out "COME ONE COME ALL". There is a small setback on the front facade above the 16th floor, and a larger setback above the 18th, creating a terrace for the top floor's bar, called Cloud Bar. A tall, double-height grey metal equipment screen surrounds rooftop mechanical equipment and a pair of water tanks.

The side elevations are both faced in dark-grey laminate, with citizenM signs near the top, at the front (north) ends. The east elevations also features the wrap-around signage from the front facade. The rear, south-facing facade is clad in the same fashion as the north, but with no setbacks.

The hotel contains 230 guest rooms.
