3-story mercantile building completed in 1921 as a 6-story office and apartment building. Designed by Hugo Koehler & Hugh Tallant, it was later reduced to three floors of solely commercial use. The ground floor is faced in dark-grey-painted stone with a storefront at the east half. The west half along 50th Street has service doors and a subway entrance.

The upper floors are clad in dark-red brick and black metal panels. There are two wide windows in the metal panel sections at the 2nd floor of the west half; above the metal panels have round-arches and extend to the metal coping at the roof line. The east half of the north facade and the east facade are covered by advertising billboards. The ground floor is occupied by Majestic Delicatessen.
