5-story mercantile building completed in 1890. It has a chamfered northwest corner, and main entrance at the south end of the Broadway facade. There is a metal service door at the east end of the north facade on 49th Street. The upper floors are hidden behind large advertising signs.

The Grand Ole Opry New York, a 27,000-square-foot country music-themed restaurant and bar, opened in 2017. The space includes several music halls, a listening room, retail space, and a restaurant/lounge, with live and archived footage from the Grand Ole Opry played throughout the venue. There is also a Mama Sbarro's pizza on the ground floor.

The ground floor on the small Seventh Avenue frontage is occupied by Weed World, and 16 Handles ice cream.
