1-story Victorian-style mercantile building completed in sometime in the late 1800s. The end piers are clad in green-hued tiles, with larger decorative tile pieces, lanterns, and different decorative tiles at the top, outlined in blue. The left half of the facade has two sets of paneled wood-and-glass double-doors, with paneled double transoms on top. A segmental-arched glass panel surmounts the transoms, itself topped by a band bronze-framed band of six small window panes and a lantern.

The right half has a projecting storefront with a tall lower and shorter upper plate-glass window and narrow, rounded, angled side panes, all framed in ornamental bronze. Topping the storefront is another band of bronze-framed small panes, this one angling outward. The entire facade is crowned by a roof parapet covered by thick climbing ivy that extends a short distance down the end piers.

The building is occupied by Lillie's Victorian Establishment restaurant which is a modern business.
