8-story office building completed in 2005 as an annex to the 7-story bank building at the corner. It was built for the Bank of China, whose headquarters was in the neighboring building until 2017. it is clad in similar red brick, with an extension of the white stone cornice across the 2nd floor. Both of the ground-floor bays have slightly-recessed wood-and-glass double-doors.

The upper floors have square window openings with 2-over-2 panes; those on the 2nd floor are covered by x-braced metal grilles. The windows above the 3rd floor have simple stone sills. There is a narrow stone string course above the windows of the top floors, and the facade is capped by a stone coping.
