4-story mercantile building completed in 1925. Designed by Benjamin H. Whinston as an office building, its facade is now largely covered by advertising signs, with a modern ground-floor storefront of metal and glass. The fluted, terra-cotta outer piers are still partially visible on the upper floors, as are the ends of the limestone roof cornice. The building is occupied by Embassy Gifts.
