5-story mercantile building completed sometime around 1880 as a townhouse. The 2-story commercial storefront was installed sometime after 1900. The upper floors, faced in grey stucco, have three bays of windows - segmental-arched on the 3rd & 4th floors, and square-headed on the top floor, where they are spaced closer together. The building is occupied by a luggage and gift store.
