4-story mercantile building completed around 1900. Above the metal-and-glass storefronts on the lower two floors it is clad in dark-red brick. Both the top two floors have tripartite windows in iron framing and there is decorative brickwork in the spandrels. The facade is topped by a brick roof parapet, peaked at the center; the field of the parapet has a cross-hatch brick pattern. The entire building used to be occupied by Rudy's Music Shop, who now only take up space in the upper floors. The ground floor is occupied by Little Italy Pizza.
