4-story mercantile building completed in 1929. The ground floor is clad in white-painted stonework framing a recessed doorway and angled storefront with a roll-down metal gate. The 2nd floor has a large studio window framed by a white limestone molding.

The two upper floors are clad in brown brick with tan stone trim, set off by a red-painted, modillioned cornice. There is a single-window in the east bay, with splayed stone lintels, and a tripartite window in the west bay, divided by black iron mullions, and topped by an outlined stone lintel stepped up at the ends and center. A small stone diamond shape accents the space between the two floors at the east bay, with two more at the west bay. There are lightly banded tan stone piers at the edges of the facade, with small shields at the tops, where they are joined by a modillioned string course that sets off the roof parapet. The brick parapet has three wide, narrow stone bars separated by diamond shapes, surmounted by a wider diamond shape in the center of the upper part of the parapet, which is stepped up and peaked in the center, with a stone coping. The building used to part of the complex occupied by the Sam Ash Music stores, now moved.
