Gang Wars among drug dealers and outlaws, extortion, robberies, theft and Goondaism is the scar on the face of Lyari, not a good place to live although it gave many great people to Karachi as well as Pakistan but the apathy of Government is somewhat not understandable.

Lyaria is a good area. PPP a political party win from there, but it did not any thing for it. Last time MQM's (a political party) local govt. did lots of thing to develop this area
