  • This was named after my great uncle.
  • I did my time on both Collier and Oulette 78-79. The MDL was on the edge of Oulette's fence. The DRPK always taunted us by standing at the fence at night time knowing we were watching with our NOD's daring us to come out and get them or shoot at them. We were tempted on both accounts.
  • I was a rifle platoon leader based at Camp Liberty Bell, we were the ready reaction force for any problem in the "z" My team also spent many a week both hills and running nightly ambushes from those locations during '72, '73. One evening we captured 8 infiltrators who ended up caught between our ambushes and teams from both hills. A very interesting few hours, with the entire battalion mobilizing .
  • I was on both of the OP's as a artillery FO.
