4-story mercantile building completed in 1939. The north facade on 46th Street is clad in red brick, with metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor. At the east end, above the last storefront, the 2nd & 3rd floors have bands of four large windows. The three bays to the west have somewhat smaller tripartite windows with dark-brown metal mullions and stone sills (the westernmost pane in the last bay on the 3rd floor has been bricked-in). The far west end is covered by a 3-story signboard. A stone coping caps the 3rd-story roof line at the east end, with the 4th floor only rising at the west, where there are two segmental-arched single-windows, the rest of the facade being covered by the signboard.

The west elevation facing Broadway also has a storefront on the ground floor, with the rest of the facade covered by a signboard. Another sign is mounted on the roof. The ground floor is occupied by I (Heart) NY Gifts & Luggage, Versaille New York souvenir shop, and Val Cafe.
