5-story mercantile building completed in the late 1800s. The facade is faced in light-grey smooth stucco with orange-brown trim above a ground floor with a green metal, glass and tile storefront, and an entrance door on the right framed in grey granite. A rounded, green canvas canopy extends out over the sidewalk. The upper floors have bands of four windows, with the spandrel spaces between floors decorated by trios of large diamond shapes. Smaller diamond shapes in the same orange-brown color decorate the outer edges of each floor, and the whole facade above the ground floor is lined by grooved vertical bands of the same orange-brown color. At the top, the roof parapet is stepped up at the ends and peaked at the center. The ground floor is occupied by Via Italia restaurant, with Beyond Bespoke tailors on the 2nd floor.
