The grand beaux arts townhouse which was designed by Hoppin, Koen & Huntington for Edmund L. Baylies. It was later sold to New York socialite Mrs. George Washington Kavanaugh. It contained one of the largest drawing rooms in New York City, reportedly designed by Horace Trumbauer in 1912.
