20-story modernist hotel completed in 2023. Designed by Gene Kaufman, the 4-bay front facade is clad in warm-hued brick, set far back from the 2-story base. The window bays each have an off-set double-window with silver aluminum framing. Surrounding the bays is a thin grid of darker grey bricks. The sides of the building are faced in pre-cast concrete with no openings.

The hotel contains 200 guest rooms.
