1-story mercantile building completed in 1867. It is clad in peach-painted brick, with a glass-and-metal storefront at the west end, with a deeply recessed entrance. The roof line is marked by a stone coping, which makes two small step-downs to the east. At the far east end there is a metal service door with a metal gate. The building had been occupied by Thrift & New thrift store since the late 1940s, until 2020, when it was replaced by Grind Coffee Shop.
