7-story hotel originally completed in 1926 as a 3-story office and film storage building. In 2009 it was gut renovated and expanded to 7 floors, reopening as a Comfort Inn. The hotel was renovated again in 2014, with a new ground floor of pre-cast stone painted bright blue above a black granite water table, and a bright-red metal band across the top, including a suspended canopy over the three middle bays.

The upper floors are faced in off-white pre-cast concrete, lightly scored at the piers, with white-metal-framed double-windows in each of the five bays. Beige metal vents are cut below each window, and simple cornice caps the facade. The hotel rebranded to a Ramada in 2020.
