EVEN Hotel

414-foot, 36-story modernist hotel and residential building completed in 2016. Designed by Peter Poon, the building has 230 guest rooms on floors 4-26, and 11 condominiums on floors 28-34. It is clad mostly in silver metal panels. The ground floor is black-painted pre-cast concrete and metal, with an angled glass-and-metal marquee over the entrance. The facade is set back above the ground floor, which is fronted by a glass railing. A rounded protrusion projects out from the left two-thirds of the facade, with bands of windows along its lower half; above it are metal louvers and a small setback to the first hotel floors.

At the west end, the silver metal panels continue vertically along the whole height of the tower. To the right, set further back, is a different pattern of metal panels, with five bays of almost-square windows in slightly-projecting metal frames. The bay around the westermost window is projected forward at the 7th, 13th, 19th, & 26th floors. Above the hotel portion, the top floors are set back on the east end, with ribbon bands of windows. Part of the ground floor is occupied by Ben & Jack's Steakhouse.
