5-story office building completed in 1922. Designed by L. E. Denslow, it is clad in limestone and brown cast-iron above a brass and glass ground-floor storefront that projects out from the facade. The storefront has a plate-glass show window, with a band of black-tinted glass below it and wider bands across the whole top of the ground floor, including over the entrances at the right. The doorway to the upper floors is deeply recessed, lined with light-grey stone side walls.

The upper floors have fluted limestone end piers rising from a band course with a Greek-fret motif at the base of the 2nd floor, running from the 2nd-4th floors, where they end in stylized capitals. They frame slightly projecting bay windows in brown cast-iron, with paneled spandrels; the center spandrels are decorated with diamond shapes. The top floors is set off by a dentiled cornice, and has a band of four windows framed at the ends by pairs of vertical carved stone panels. A modest stone roof cornice caps the facade. The ground floor is occupied by FedEx Office.
