6-story office building completed in 1951. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien, it is clad in beige brick above a limestone ground floor. There is a glass-doored main entrance at the south end, and large plate-glass storefront filling the rest of the ground floor. The upper floors have bands of ten windows divided by metal mullions. Two flagpoles project from above the 2nd floor, and a simple stone coping caps the facade. The ground floor is occupied by 'Essen restaurant.
