For many years, this was Bernie's Café, accessed through a ramp/stairs on the Houston Street side, Bernie's offered sandwiches, wraps, coffee, ice cream, and formerly pizza rolls (although originally the flagship item, this was off the menu in later years). It closed in December 2012 and reopened as an Einstein Bros. Bagels in January 2013.
