Ashuganj Upazila is a newly formed upazila in Brahmanbaria District under Chittagong Division, Bangladesh. Ashuganj is an important industrial place and playing major role in our economy due to is many industrial setup, such as power stations and fertilizer factories. Ashuganj was established with few villages in 1898 and became upazila in 1999, with 7 unions.
