Community centre with a Good Food grocery store, commercial kitchen, health offices, and offices for Quint Development Corporation and the Child Hunger and Education Program (CHEP). The initial project was to have been a $16 million dollar facility, but had to be scaled back when the newly-elected Saskatchewan Party provincial government pulled $8 million of funding. Fundraising efforts eventually earned $2 million, enough for the project to be built. It officially opened on October 17, 2012.

It is hoped that the centre will address some of the social problems among the economically disadvantaged populations of Pleasant Hill, Riversdale and King George neighbourhoods. The neighbourhoods had been without a grocery store for over a decade. Less than half of infants under the age of two had been immunized, compared to over 90% in Saskatoon's most affluent neighbourhoods.
