238-foot, 18-story modernist office building completed in 1965. Designed by Herbert Tannenbaum, it is clad in grey aluminum panels (that replaced the original dark-grey brick and light-grey metal spandrels in 2010). The 2-story base is clad in glass, with storefronts along the ground floor, and the main entrance at the west end on 53rd Street, clad in stainless-steel with recessed glass doors.

The upper floors on the east facade on the avenue have five bays, with five windows in the south bay, four in the next bay, five in each of the following bays, and four in the north bay. The south bay sets back above the 6th floor, with a landscaped terrace on top. The other bays all have setbacks above the 11th, 13th, & 16th floors.

The upper floors of the south facade at 53rd Street have four bays, with four windows in the west bay (which is set farther apart from the other three), five windows in the next bay, six in the following bay, and five again in the east end bay. The three eastern bays set back above the 6th floor, while the west bay has smaller setbacks above the 11th, 13th, and 16th floors. The ground floor is occupied by a TD Bank branch, Gregory's Coffee, and Pret-a-Manger restaurant.
