246-foot, 22-story wedding cake-style office building completed in 1952. Designed by Sylvan Bien, its two main facades rise vertically to the 8th floor, above which it begins a series of setbacks every three floors. The ground floor is clad in black polished granite with large round columns on the William Street side, and veined light-grey marble above a black granite water table on Ann Street. The upper floors are clad in glazed white brick, with four bays of five windows each on Ann Street, and four bays of three windows each on William Street. On each floor, the piers between the bays are faced with vertical black metal panels.

The northeast-facing rear wall rises vertically, with single windows instead of the window bands seen on the main facades, except for one small angled section at the corner that has window bands with three windows each. This facade is white on the section nearest William Street, and painted beige on the rest. The building's main tenant is Pace University, which has its own dedicated entrance.
