The Latham Square Fountain is a historic fountain in Latham Square in Oakland CA. Water is no longer running. The four large granite basins were for watering horses. Erected in 1913 in memory of James R. Latham and Henrietta Marshall Latham and endorsed by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
