158-foot, 13-story office building completed in 1924 as the Bainbridge Building. Designed by Severance & Van Alen, it is clad in white-painted limestone. The grond floor has a central entrance with glass double-doors below a large, multi-paned transom, framed in a stone surround. Outside the surround, two narrow strips of glass extend up to the 2nd floor where there is a round-arched, multi-paned window opening in the center. Double-height pilasters frame this central section, ending in the round-arch at the 2nd floor; light fixtures are attached to the pilasters at the ground floor. On either side of the entrance, the ground floor has plate-glass storefronts. The 2nd floor has equally tall end bays with tripartite windows and transoms above blue-grey metal spandrels. The 3rd floor also has tripartite windows, but the openings are shorter, lacking the transoms and spandrels. The middle bay of the 3rd floor has three narrow, rounde-arched openings, with outer two with windows, and the center one with a niche filled by an urn; the pilasters flanking this center section are intricately carved.

The upper floors above this base section are set off by a projecting cornice. They are organized as single-windows at the ends, and paired single-windows in the center, with two sets of triple-windows in between, all with transom panes. The single-windows are round-arched at the 12th floor and have carved ornamental panels above them. Above the triple-windows are rows of four low-relief round-arched blind openings, topped by dentiled cornices. The attic level at the 13th floor has a sloped copper roof, with two stone pediments extending out above the triple-windows below. Each pediment has a round-arched window and a rounded top. The ground floor is occupied by Madame Paulette dry cleaners; the 2nd floor is occupied by Skinney Medspa.
