8-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by Henry Otis Chapman, it is clad in limestone. The double-height ground floor has a gridded glass wall between the end piers, with entrances at both ends, each of which is glass double-doors. A black tile panel runs across the top of the ground floor, surmounted by a small stone cornice with a foliate pattern. The upper floors are arranged as three bays, with single-windows in the end bays and a wider tripartite window in the middle bay. The 2nd floor has paneled piers and is topped by a dentiled cornice above metopes. Another cornice tops the 7th floor, with the top floor having four separate single-windows. The facade is crowned by a balustraded stone parapet.
