The ground floor has been modified with a black metal and plate-glass storefront on the left, and a brown wooden door to the upper floors on the right. The 2nd floor has a plate-glass studio window in a black iron frame. A ladder-like vertical sign of horizontal metal ribs extends up over the left side of the window. The 3rd floor has a wide segmental-arch encompassing two double-windows with stone sills, each topped by its own segmental-arched transom. A simple diamond-shaped stone ornament highlights the center of the main arch, between and above the windows.

The 4th floor has three windows with a joined, bracketed, stone sill, and very shallow segmental-arches at the tops. This floor has a stone cornice with end brackets and a sheet-metal flashing capping it. The top floor has a sloped slate-covered mansard with two round-arched dormers. The lower levels are occupied by Dim Sum Palace restaurant.
