 apartment building, commercial building

5-story commercial/residential building originally completed in 1869 as a rowhouse. Sometime in the early 1900s, the stoop was removed and a projecting, 2-story commercial storefront was installed, framed in limestone. The ground floor has a glass door and sidelight to the upper floors at the left, and a plate-glass storefront with its own glass door to the right, below a red canvas awning. The 2nd floor has a wide tripartite window and is capped by a small stone cornice with a metal railing.

The upper floors are set back, with three bays of single-windows with projecting stone surrounds, topped by stone cornices at the 5th floor. The facade is capped by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Tina's Cuban Cuisine.
