15-story New-Classical style hotel completed in 2001. Designed by the Rockwell Group, it is clad in white stone. The 2-story base has a large, double-height central bay with glass infill and the main entrance in its center, with wood-and-glass double doors in an iron frame, below an iron canopy suspended over the sidewalk. The east end bay has a metal service door, and the west end bay has glass door and window into the hotel's restaurant, Felice, with a smaller iron canopy. At the 2nd floor both end bays have recessed tripartite windows. The double-height lobby inside has mezzanine levels at the rear and sides, overlooking the ground floor.
The upper floors of the facade, above a projecting metal rail, have four bays of square openings each with four window panes divided by vertical stainless-steel mullions. Metal grilles with a decorative pattern cover the lower portion of the middle two panes in each bay. At the 6th floor, the upper parts of the windows are recessed behind the grilles. There is a setback above the 6th floor, with a simple projecting stone cornice.
The 7th-12th floors have three bays, with the end bays matching those below, and the center bay having wider 6-pane windows. There is another corniced setback above the 12th floor. The 13th-15th floors have the same center bay, but the end bays are narrower, only two panes wide. A final setback leads to the stone-clad mechanical housings at the top of the facade.
The west and east elevations are faced in concrete that is slightly darker than the white front facade, with a single bay of double-windows at the front edge of the 9th-12th floors. The hotel contains 72 rooms and 5 suites.
