132-foot, 12-story modernist office building completed in 1955. Designed by Hippolyte Kamenka, the six lower floors have grey polished granite spandrels and end piers, with bands of windows organized into three bays by silver metal piers at each floor. The end bays have four window panes and the middle bay has five. The ground floor has the main entrance at the east, with glass-and-metal double-doors below a steel canopy. To the right are two metal-and-glass storefronts.

The 7th-12th floors are set back and clad in beige brick. The end bays are set farther back, and set back again above the 8th, 10th, and 11th floors, with metal railings at each setback. The middle bay sets back above the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. The ground floor is occupied by Chop't Salad restaurant.
