LOCATION: Near the head of Fishing Creek, about one-half mile northeast of
the village of Tylersville; approximately 600 feet east of PA Route 880.
REMARKS: The fourth largest spring in Pennsylvania, having a median flow of
13,000 gallons per minute. The spring rises from fractures in the limestone
of the Nealmont Formation (Ordovician age).
