251-foot, 19-story postmodern office building completed in 1987. Designed by The Eggers Partnership, it is clad in dark-red brick, with the upper floors set back behind a 6-story base. The ground floor has a recessed main entrance in the center with a revolving door, framed in beige granite. The bays to either side are also framed in granite; on the west is a plate-glass storefront, and on the east a deeply-recessed portico with glass double-doors on the right inner wall, and metal service doors on the back wall.

There is a recessed 2-story area above the main entrance, with a 4x4 grid of square window panes with dark-red metal framing. Fronting the grid at the lower half is a triangular gable of glass framed in dark-red metal screening a second triangular gable of beige stone with an oculus in the center. At the end bays, the 2nd floor has paired square windows with brick lintels, and projecting flagpoles mounted just inside the inner opening. At the 3rd-5th floors the end bays have tall fields of 2-over-5 windows, again with dark-red metal framing, while the center bay at the 4th-5th floors has a 4-over-3 matching grid of windows. The 6th floor has a row of seven square windows with brick lintels, and a brick-and-stone coping marks the top of the base.

The set-back upper floors have five bays of square windows offset to the west. At the east end the floors are marked by subtle bands of lighter brick. The west two bays are slightly recessed at the top three floors, and the three bays at the center of the facade extend upward to a peaked gable.

The east elevation is a blank brick wall with continuations of the lighter shaded brick bands at the floor plates. The west elevation has four bays of square windows. Principal tenants of the building are various medical practices involved in laser eye surgery, hair restoration, etc. The ground-floor storefront is occupied by Belgian Shoes.
