5-story mercantile building completed in 1871 as a townhouse. The lower two floors have been remodeled several times, most recently in 2016. They are clad in white stone, with a wide band of plate-glass at the 2nd floor, and a similar recessed glass wall at the ground floor, with a glass door at the north end.

The upper floors are set off by a black metal band course with a Greek fret motif. They are clad in off-white brick. The 3rd floor has a large tripartite window flanked by a pair of projecting flagpoles. The 4th floor has three single-windows with a common sill and brick lintel. A black metal cornice with modillions sets off the top floor, which has three single-windows. The brick end piers slightly project, and the facade is topped by a brick roof parapet with a stone coping above five outlined panels of black stone.

The building is currently occupied by Carlton Fine Arts.
