5-story commercial building originally completed in 1889. It was later given a new facade, which was again remodeled in 2013. It is faced in white, lightly-banded pre-cast stone above a steel-and-glass ground floor with a storefront and black stone water table. The entrance to the upper floors, with a glass door and sidelight, is at the right side.
The upper floors have bands of four windows with projecting sills; there are spandrel panels above the 2nd- and 4th-window windows.
