7-story modernist commercial building completed in 1958. Designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, it is clad in blue-grey brick. The ground floor is lined with a plate-glass storefront with a red canvas awnings, and at the west end on 54th Street is a stainless-steel entrance with glass double-doors.

The south facade has seven bays, and the east facade has three, each with a large, square window above a beige metal spandrel of two panels side by side. The ground floor is occupied by Smiler's Deli, with various other businesses on the upper floors.
