Designed for the residential and commercial building of Mr. Yani Purioti in 1883. From 1895 to 1916 the second floor was used by the Library of Varna. The part from Dragoman Street until 1925 was the bookstore of the Blaskov family. In the ground floor since 1902 there was a beer house "Bulgaria", and after 1930 - Pastry Shop “Bee”. The building has retained its function and has been restored.
