14-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Koenen Associates, it replaced a 4-story bank building. The 4-story base is clad in light-grey granite, with a 2-story metal-and-glass storefront at the four eastern of the facade's six bays. The two west bays have the lobby entrance and an entrance to the adjoining restaurant, both covered by metal canopies. At the 2nd floor the two west bays have uneven double-windows, and a projecting metal band runs across all the windows of the 2nd floor. The 3rd-4th floors have single-windows in the narrower middle bays, and uneven double-windows in the two end bays on each side; the narrow pane of the two inner double-windows is on the inside and at the outer double-windows, it is at the outer side. There are grey metal air-conditioning vents below the windows of each bay, and a pair of projecting flagpoles flanking the vent of the west window at the 3rd floor.

The upper floors are clad in a curtain wall of reflective silver-blue glass. It has six bays of hinged single-windows grouped into pairs, each above a black metal vent. There is a setback and terrace above the 10th floor; a glass railing surrounds the terrace. The cladding of the base continues onto the exposed front portion of the west elevation. The roof line is marked by a projecting, modern steel cornice.

The hotel contains 135 guest rooms. Next to the lobby the ground floor is occupied by Hama restaurant, and Popular Community Bank.
