5-story Italianate mixed-use building completed sometime in the 1870s, along with the building to its south. The facade is clad in beige stucco above a 2-story commercial base that has been re-clad in cobbled grey stone. The south side of the ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront down a couple steps from the sidewalk, and there is a large double-window above it at the 2nd floor. The north end has a recessed residential entrance with a glass door, and above is a single-window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with protruding, rounded sill courses and stone surrounds. At each floor, the piers between the bays have round-arched frames that resemble niches, and there is an air-conditioning vent cut below the middle window of each floor. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with acanthus-leaf brackets and modillions, and panels in the frieze.
