150-foot, 13-story Neo-Classical hotel completed in 1903. Designed by Tracy & Swartwout, it opened as the Webster Apartment Hotel. It became the first Club Quarters Hotel in 1993, and also houses The Midtown Executive Club. The 3-bay facade is clad in red brick above a 2-story rusticated limestone base. The central entrance is set under a round-arch, with a modern glass revolving door and a single glass door to the right, both under a metal canopy extending over the sidewalk. There is a high base with a small service door at each end before the heavy rustication begins. Flanking the main entrance are a pair of wall-mounted globe lights and paired windows. Blue canvas awnings extend from small openings above these windows. The 2nd floor has deeply-recessed paired windows in each of the three bays, with intricate wrought-iron railings at their bases, each adorned with a "W" for the Webster Hotel. The center railing bows out slightly; below it are garlands and a female head serving as the keystone for the arch below. The base is capped by an entablature with alternating roundels and trigylphs surmounted by an egg-and-dart molding.
The upper floors also have recessed paired windows. At the 3rd floor the piers have horizontal bands and stone bases, and the outer edges of the windows are framed in stone. These windows have simpler, smaller iron railings and at the top are framed by ornate brackets supporting projecting stone balconies with wrought-iron railings. Stone band courses connect each balcony, and there are decorative geometric patterns in brick and white tile between the railings. Two flagpoles project from just above these panels.
Above, each bay is slightly recessed, and each pair of windows has a common stone sills. The spandrels have similar red and white patterns, centered around either a circle or diamond shape, on alternating floors. A small stone cartouche also highlights the middle bay of the 5th floor. Each bay ends in a round-arch at the 10th floor, with the paired windows also round-arched. Elaborate keystones and swags above each arch support curving stone balconies at the 11th floor, where the piers have triangular capitals and a stone band course. The 12th floor has three windows in each bay, divided by round columns. The piers are ornamented with white tile patterns, and a dentil course runs across the top of the floor. The attic level is capped by a low-sloped shingle roof.
The front part of the east elevation is clad in red brick with no openings. Further back is is faced in brown brick, and the middle section has several bays of single-windows. The hotel contains 272 guest rooms.
