Tyulena (Seal) Rotunda.
The Rotunda "Seal" is a site with a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Varna Bay. It is the only remnant of the former observation deck "Trakata". In the rotunda there is a monument to the monk seal, located near the fork for the Trakata area on the road to Evksinograd. The monument was built in the center of a stone arch built in the 60s.
