9-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1902 as a hotel. Designed by Charles C Thain, it was later converted to office space, being being converted to residential condominiums in 1999. It is clad in red and grey brick above a beige-painted limestone ground floor. A modernized glass-and-aluminum doorway is at the right, and a plate-glass storefront at the left. The entrance is framed by pilasters supporting a simple entablature with a crowning cornice that extends across the ground floor.

The 2nd-7th floors each have a 3-over-2 window with red framing or triple-window with black framing in a central bay. The 2nd-floor window has a stone surround with quoins and a cornice; the other floors have stone cornices and alternating stone quoin blocks, and each floor is crossed by a stone sill course and lintel course. The 7th-floor window is topped by a stone balcony on console brackets, with a cartouche in the center.

The 8th floor has three windows with stone quoin blocks; all three are topped by stone ornament - the center one with a medallion and the outer two with more keystone shaped designs. A projecting stone sill runs below the 9th floor, carried on large brackets at the ends. This floor also has three windows, and is crowned by a projecting stone roof cornice with dentils, an egg-and-dart course, and large modillions.

The west elevation is clad in rougher reddish-brown brick with bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Vegan On The Fly.
