290-foot, 22-story modernist office building completed in 1990. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in a curtain wall of silver-blue glass. The spandrels that alternate with the windows are a slightly darker hue. The southeast corner is chamfered, with setbacks above the 7th, 9th, & 16th floors, where the chamfer ends. The west end of the south facade also sets back above the 7th floor, which each of the higher setbacks angling back into the facade. Near the west end, there is a large, 2-story recessed area with the main entrance at its left, through glass doors. The western side wall, next to the entrance, is clad in white stone. At the far west end, the ground floor has a garage door with a roll-down metal gate. Two additional entrances, one with a revolving door, are located at the east facade, on the avenue. The lower level banking lobby is clad in fine wooden panelling which was imported from Brazil.
