111-foot, 10-story office building completed in 1921. Designed by George A. & Henry Boehm as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in limestone above a 2-story base of white brushed concrete with diagonal stroke lines. The ground floor has a narrow entrance with a glass door and opaque glass opening above it on the north end, and a plate-glass storefront at the south. The 2nd floor has a wide plate-glass show-window flanked by a pair of projecting flagpoles.

The upper floors have three bays of double-windows with transoms. At the 3rd floor they have surrounds of brown granite with small medallions at the tops; the other floors have only simple stone sills. The 9th floor is set off by a projecting stone cornice carried on paired console brackets and dentils, and topped by a stone balustrade. The 9th floor has recessed windows; the piers are paneled, and the spandrels above have carved roundels. A small cornice sets off the top floor, which has a steep, metal mansard roof with three peaked dormers. Each dormer has a recessed window in a stone surround,

The upper floors of the south elevation are clad in parged brick, with four bays of single-windows, and one of paired windows, along with a couple random, smaller windows. The ground floor is occupied by a Paris Saint-Germain team store.
