238-foot, 18-story modernist office building completed in 1987. It consists of two different forms stacked on top of each other. The 9-story base is clad in beige pre-cast stone panels with a wide center bay consisting of six clear glass panes, and end bays with two glass panes. The entrance is in the south bay, with recessed glass doors and transom, flanked by two modern light fixtures on the walls, and topped by a semi-circular metal canopy. To the north are two metal-and-glass storefronts.

The 9-story top section is set back on the east side, and clad in a dark silver-blue glass curtain wall on the north, west, and east sides. A mechanical penthouse is set of the south side of the roof. The ground floor is occupied by Sunglass Hut.
