7-level parking garage completed in 1967. Designed by Harry Appleman, the facade is divided into two halves by a narrow, beige brick piers, with similar brick piers at the edges. They frame two large, patterned metal screens, each divided by vertical metal ribs into five sections. There are two wide garage entrance/exits at the ground floor, flanked by a pair of pedestrian entrances with black metal doors and black-painted brick. The garage has a total of 225 parking spaces.
