6-story commercial building completed in 1912. Designed by Albert J. Bodker, it is clad in limestone. The 2-story base has been altered to a more modern style, with a double-height recessed glass wall with two recessed bays, both containing glass doors. The 3rd & 4th floors have three bays of square-headed windows; the 4th floor has projecting stone surrounds, with a cartouche and cornice above the middle window. A pair of flagpoles project from the 3rd floor.

The 5th floor has round-arched windows with keystones. There are swagged panels below the end bays, and a projecting stone balcony with a balustrade and two brackets joined by a swag at the center bay. A narrow string course sets off the attic floor, which has short, square-headed windows topped by a roof parapet. The building formerly housed a United Colors of Benetton store, which opened in 2002 and closed in 2015, when the building was sold to H&M.

It is now occupied by Intimissimi lingerie.
