2-story commercial building originally completed in 1930. It was redesigned at the time of the construction of the office building next door, in 1990. It is faced in grey granite, with two recessed glass doors at the ends of the ground floor. The east one is the main entrance, with a brown metal canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The west door has a much smaller metal canopy.

Above the doorways the ends of the facade each have a tall, narrow window, between which are mounted gold-and-black metal Asian characeters. The top floor has a band of five windows. The building is occupied by Sushiden restaurant.
